Das Kabinett Luciaro II war die zweite sagradische Regierung unter dem christdemokratischen Ministerpräsidenten Paulo Luciaro. Nach dem Rücktritt Luciaros wurde der parteilos Finanzminister Joán Aliureto Delavesc bis zur Parlamentswahl 1950 zum Regierungschef ernannt. Das Kabinett blieb aber unverändert im Amt.
