Das Kabinett Del Pérez I war die erste Regierung von Iacovo Del Pérez. Sie folgte nach dem Tod António Santiagos im Juni 1964 und blieb bis zu einer Kabinettsumbildung im November 1966 im Amt (siehe Kabinett Del Pérez II).
