Das fünfte Kabinett von Ministerpräsident Manuel Sants-Igualde war die Regierung der Sagradischen Republik während des Zweiten Weltkriegs. Die Kriegskoalition wurde auch als Regierung der Nationalen Kommunion (Governo de la Comunión Nacional) bezeichnet.
